Leadership Skills: Understanding and Motivating Different Personalities

Join Dr. Deborah Crown, Dean of Hawai‘i Pacific University’s College of Business, the National Association of Asian American Professionals and the MCBL for an enlightening discussion on the skills needed to be an effective leader. Speaker(s): Dr. Crown holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado. Previously, Dr. Crown was the Lucas Endowed Professor of Strategic Leadership and Associate Dean of the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University. She has taught in China, Italy, Hungary, and the United Kingdom.
