Join Dr. Deborah Crown, Dean of Hawai‘i Pacific University’s College of Business, the National Association of Asian American Professionals and the MCBL for an enlightening discussion on the skills needed to be an effective leader. For this presentation, learn about different personality types, skills, traits, and experiences that affect job performance. In addition, find out how knowing your personality can help you succeed in business and improve your own leadership skills to motivate different people to work together toward a common goal or objective.

Speaker(s): Dr. Crown holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Colorado. Previously, Dr. Crown was the Lucas Endowed Professor of Strategic Leadership and Associate Dean of the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University. She has taught in China, Italy, Hungary, and the United Kingdom.
